We are limiting the secure messages to 250 characters per message, and only 3 messages per day. We will be keeping the complexity of the messages in the Portal to more basic messaging for non-urgent and non-extensive questions you may have for your provider team. Please note that secure messaging is not the same as instant messaging. Please allow 2-4 business days to receive a response.
